ADVANCED ESTHETICS

Introduction/ Advancement 1: 1-300 Hours

Gain a comprehensive understanding of theory essentials covering state regulations, safety protocols, sanitation standards, anatomy, skin physiology, hair removal techniques, ecological principles, and chemistry basics. Participate in hands-on training in skin care, facials, hair removal methods, and holistic wellness practices. In a classroom environment, students will refine guest service abilities and retailing skills in order to transition smoothly into the program’s advanced stages. Through lectures, demos, and workshops, emphasis is placed on skill development, precision, and solidifying theoretical foundations. The introductory phase culminates with initial preparation for the mock State board examination.

Advancement  2/ Advancement 3: 301-600 Hours

Refine your skills with hands-on experience in a real spa setting while reinforcing theoretical knowledge in classroom settings. This comprehensive approach allows for the opportunity of skill refinement while gaining the experience necessary to meet skincare standards and state safety regulations. Emphasis is placed on professional growth, including understanding industry job expectations and crafting effective resumes. You’ll delve into advanced treatments, makeup techniques, and sophisticated hair removal methods in addition to focusing on guest services, business and time management, self promotion, marketing, networking, professional development and beyond. You will be coached to perfect your speed and accuracy to meet industry requirements. By completion, you will be ready to demonstrate competency in all skills necessary to complete the state board practical and written tests and ready to become a licensed Esthetician.

Advanced Esthetics:  601-900 Hours

Increase your knowledge of Esthetics as you gain practical experience. You will study advanced theory and work in a clinical setting under the supervision of licensed instructors. Exploration of advanced case studies rounds out your education as you prepare for your new career. You will receive extensive hands-on experience with machines such as: the Medispa, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Tattoo Removal/Carbon Facial/Vascular, RF Microneedling and Body Contouring devices. Upon successful completion of all phases, you will be prepared to take the required state exams and ready to pursue a career in advanced Esthetics.
