Aveda Institute Las Vegas offers an Esthiology course which can be completed in as little as five months. Our program covers aspects of skin care, makeup, hair removal and spa elements to prepare you for the state board licensure test and beyond.
Our 600-hour Esthiology course includes hands-on learning and digital curriculum. With the Learn Aveda digital platform, you’ll be able to access your curriculum on your ipad day and night.
You’ll get to use world-class, sustainable products that are plant-infused, cruelty-free and vegan friendly. Not only do we care about your education, but you’ll see how philanthropy is at the heart of who we are.
One of the things you’ll love about our institute is our education on intentional guest service. You’ll get to practice treatments on our busy, clinic floor. With more than a thousand services booked a month with our students, you’ll grow in confidence and skill with our expert educators assisting you each step of the way.
THE AVEDA ESTHIOLOGY CURRICULUM
Our 600-hour Esthiology course was one of the first in the country to introduce learning on tablets. With the entire curriculum built on iPads, you’ll be able to access your education 24/7 and then take clients on our clinic floor where you’ll serve a diverse clientele.
Here are some things you’ll learn:
- Facials (including hydro-facials)
- Body treatments
- Chemical peels
- Light therapy
- Microdermabrasion
- Hair removal with sugaring
- Makeup Artistry
- Product knowledge (what we call “purescribing”) and retailing
- Growing clientele
