In the Fashion World
New York Fashion Week
That’s right. Aveda stylists are making waves in the fashion community. New York Fashion Week is a notable event that one of the Aveda stylists, Frank Rizzieri, made a splash at this year with his everyday yet chic style.
Global Aveda Competitions
In 2017 Aveda Artists were crowned country winners at the Aveda Global Fashionista competition. This competition pushes their creative limits and allows them to contribute to trending styles and looks. Aveda pros from all over the world attended, and few were honored with this amazing accomplishment. Every year Aveda celebrates the collaboration of fashion and beauty and the way that Aveda contributes to yearly trends. This is just one of many celebrations held to spotlight their accomplishments.
Aveda is heavily involved in the fashion industry, event internally. It is an exciting way for the brand to be involved with the community!
Making a Difference
The Aveda mission is centered around making a difference, which is why Aveda participates in an effort to improve lives in Nepal. For years they have purchased handcrafted paper for the gift boxes that are available every year. These gift boxes full of product goodies go on sale, wrapped in this unique paper. Not only are the gift boxes making a difference in local economies in Nepal, but they also benefit the environment that they are derived from.
